Balancing Mind&Body focuses on keeping the body moving in any capacity. It could be running, dancing, yoga, kickboxing, skating or any consistent activity that keeps us from being physically stagnant. Meditation, gardening, prayer, affirmations and positive thinking are essential to balancing a healthy mind. Self help books are our friends as well as chick chat and bro bonds. Some of us are self motivated while others need a support system and it’s all okay as long as we get there and maintain. Our life depends on it because stress, fried foods and a lack of movement all can kill us quicker than having a healthy mind and body.
